Two Cooking Machines from (Local): Each with a processing capacity of 1,000 kilograms per hour.
Three Cold Storage Facilities: With a combined capacity of 3,000 tons
One Laboratory: Equipped to conduct various tests including:
Microbiological Tests: Total Plate Count (TPC), Coliform, E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus.
Physical and Chemical Tests: CAP, AOZ, AMOZ, ADH, SEM, Fluoroquinolones (Fluoroquinolone, Ciprofloxacin), Doxycycline, Tetracycline, Chlortetracycline.

In the context of frozen seafood in Vietnam, "DL" stands for "Đông Lạnh," which is Vietnamese for "frozen." The "DL" designation is often used in conjunction with EU codes to indicate that a processing facility has been approved and certified to export frozen seafood products to the European Union
